Membership is encouraged, but not required. Our base membership is $10 per month. No strings attached. Cancel anytime. One-time admission fees are available for those of you that just want to try us out on a per event basis.
Perks for becoming a member include access to free casual chess nights, chilled beverages, chess library access, participation in club ladder challenges, etc etc. The club will do its best to meet your needs. You won't find just USCF rated tournaments here. Becoming a club member is about much more than that!
Chess should be fun for everyone. And for those that are serious about the game you will be given the opportunity for improvement here. From bughouse to slow USCF rated tournaments, Center64 events will meet the wishes of the entire Houston chess community. There's something here for everyone.
